RHS Students Compete in the APSU STEM Expo

Congratulations to our Hawks for competing in the APSU STEM Expo at APSU on May 11, 2022!

Korean Cultural Festival 2022

The Korean Cultural Festival 2022 was successfully held by Ms. Park and her students in Korean 1, 2, and 3. Dr. Sanders and President Jalinsky of Korean American Association in Clarksville gave us welcome remarks. Students enjoyed cultural activities and authentic Korean food. There were several students who received certification and gift cards during the awards ceremony.

Softball v. Northeast “Senior Night”

Congratulations to the RHS Softball team who beat Northeast High on Thursday April 21, 2022 by a score of 13-5.  Seniors and their parents were recognized:  Evy Clothier, Jada Washam, Jana Darnell, and Lauren Snyder.

Tennessee State High School Speech and Drama League Competition

The cast and crew of BAKER’S DOZEN by Pat Cook, the Rossview Playhouse spring competitive one act play, won 1st place at the Tennessee High School Speech and Drama League State Competition held at Northeast State Community College April 21-23.  AnnaLee Casto won Best Actress, and Rafael Kenney, Jaden Edwards, Jake Schwankhart, and Allison Wells all were named to the State All-Star Cast.  The students successfully defended their State 1st Place title from the last in-person competition held in 2019 where they also won Best Actor along with several named to the State All-Star Cast.  The Rossview Playhouse is directed by LuEllyn Boyer Wilcox who is finishing her 33rd year as a teacher and theatre director in CMCSS.  Mrs. Wilcox stated that she was proud of the endless hours the cast and crew worked to receive such a great honor for their school and district.
