The RHS Boys Soccer Team lost to Station Camp by a score of 0-1 on March 6, 2018.

The Boys Soccer team fell short to Cookeville by a score of 2-4 on March 12.

Jackson and Midlick to play in BCAT All Star Game

Congratulations to Austin Jackson and Will Midlick for being selected to play in the BCAT (Basketball Coaches Association of Tennessee) East/West All Star game. These Hawks are 2 of 24 Seniors in the state to be selected to play in this event. The game will be played next Saturday, March 24th at 5pm at Riverdale High School in Murfreesboro. Austin and Will are the 3rd and 4th boys from Rossview ( joining Kyle Weldon and Brad Allen) to be selected to play in this prestigious game.

April “Month of the Military Child – Purple Up”

April is Month of the Military Child. This year, the Tennessee Commissioner of the Military Interstate Children’s Compact is partnering with County Mayor Jim Durrett for a presentation and proclamation during the Montgomery-County Informal Meeting. She is inviting military dependent students and their parents to “PURPLE UP? by joining her during this meeting and wearing purple in honor of the military child. Anyone wishing to participate should email Deanna M. McLaughlin at [email protected] with student’s name, grade, school name, and name/rank of military service member parent before Friday March 23rd.

Asa Ruiz 6th in U.S. Extemporaneous Speaking

Congratulations to the RHS Speech team and to Asa Ruiz who competed in the National Speech and Debate Association’s TN State national qualifying tournament on March 1-2. Asa Ruiz placed 6th in United States Extemporaneous speaking.
