The RHS 2019 Hawks Basketball Camp will be held on May 29-31 from 9-noon in the RHS gym.  This camp is an opportunity for young athletes to improve themselves as players and teammates.

The View is finally here!  The RHS students had a signing party at the end of the day on Friday May 10!  Kudos go out to the Yearbook Staff and their sponsor Pollyanna Parker.

Congratulations to the RHS Baseball Team who once again had an amazing season.  The Team continues to hold the title of District Champs by beating rival CHS by a score of 14-9 on May 8.

Congratulations!! The 4×800 boys team qualified for state with a new school record of 8 minutes and 15 seconds.

Congratulations to Lucas Lightner who signed a soccer scholarship with ETSU, Johnson City, on May 8, 2019.

Students:  This semester’s deadline for volunteer hours for the service pin are due the first day of exams, May 17, 2019.  Please submit your volunteer service forms to your guidance counselor by the end of the school day Monday.

RHS 9^th grade students presented their STEM Challenge on ways to improve the traffic around Rossview Road at the APSU STEM Expo on May 3.  Students pictured are Katherine Ellison, Tamber Broussard, Bailey Clinard, and Cassidy Hatcher.

The RHS Career Fair on Wednesday, May 8,  was represented by 14 different corporations.  This was an excellent opportunity for those students who have not yet chosen a career path to speak with someone about job opportunities.

Congratulations to Margaret Dickens, Distinguished Classroom Teacher and Hannah Brooks, Green Apple Winner for being recognized at the CMCEA awards banquet on Thursday, May 2.
