Congratulations to Bracken Rice who signed a baseball scholarship with Lincoln Memorial University, Harrogate, Tennessee on November 14, 2019.

On Friday, November 8 Rossview presented its annual Veterans Day Program honoring all Veterans.

Senior Football Players, Band Members, Rowdies and Rowdettes were recognized at the game.  Unfortunately the Hawks lost by a score of 17-10 on Friday, November 1, 2019.

Congratulations to Kayla Gilmore who signed a basketball scholarship with Bethel University on Monday, November 4, 2019.

Meet the Industry Night is Thursday, November 14 from 4-5:30 PM at Central Services South. This event will allow students and their parents to learn more about careers within local industries including 911 Call Center, CDE, Faith Technologies, Hankook, Level 10 Technology, Mid TN Lumber, and Trane. Interested students should register through Naviance.

Seniors-If you or your parents need assistance completing the FAFSA, help will be available November 7 from 5-6:30pm in the library.  You will need to bring your computer and financial documents.  The attached FAFSA flier will be sent through Senior English classes for a list of needed documents.

Seniors-The TN Promise deadline is this Friday November 1.  If you wish to apply, you must do so at www.TNPromise.gov by Nov 1 at midnight.  This is 2 years of tuition free education at a community college or TCAT.  Sign up today!

Seniors-If you plan to attend UT Knox, UT Chatt or UT Martin and your family income is less than $50,000 per year, you may be eligible for free tuition if you meet admission requirements.  You must first complete the TN Promise application by this Friday, November 1 at www.TNPromise.gov, then visit the UT Promise website for further application instructions.

The RHS Playhouse presented the play “Honeymoon at Graveside Manor” on Thursday October 24-Saturday October 26.  The acting was one of the funniest and entertaining ever.  Thank you to Mr. Bubba Cherry’s construction class who built the exceptional set along with the cast and crew for the decorating.  Thank you to Mrs. Wilcox for all her direction and hard work to make this  play a huge success.
