JROTC Competition Results
Congratulations to the RHS Rifle Marksmanship Team who finished 2nd in the First Year Shooter Competition at Northwest High School this past week. The team captain is Olivia Miller. The team consisted of Rowan Minton, Braylen Schmidt, Ella Turner and Freya Eason Bassett.

Congratulations to the RHS JLAB Team who finished 1st in the District during the National JLAB Qualifier this past week. The team captain is Kamiliya Aumiller. The team will find out on March 1st if they have earned a berth at the National JLAB Competition in Washington D.C. this coming Summer.

Wrestling Boys and Girls Tournament Results for Weekend of February 16-18
The Rossview Girls wrestling team won its 6th consecutive Individual Region 4 Championship, with 11 girls placing top 4 of their weight class and qualifying for the TSSAA State Tournament this Thursday-Saturday.
- Individual regional medalist are as follows:
- Region Champions: Mariana Bowen, Irelynn Laurin, and Katelyn McMillan
- Region Runners-Up: Ava Teasley, Evelin Ochoa, Analise Jetter, and Alyssa Adamo
- Region 3rd place: Adelynn Bess, Anna Jenks, and Stitch Nikolao
- Region 4th place: Zahara Williams
The Rossview Boys placed 3rd in the Section 3 Individual Tournament, with 7 boys placing top 4 and qualifying for the TSSAA Individual State tournament this Thursday-Saturday.
- Individual Sectional medalist are as follows:
- Sectional Champion: Jacob Miller
- Sectional Runners-Up: Nicholas Collins and Max Landrum
- Sectional 4th Place: Cruz Rodriguez, Ben Mayberry, Tristan Samuelson, and Thomas Shipstead
Good luck to our Hawks Wrestling Team and these 18 individuals as the compete for a state championship later this week!

Senior Boys Basketball, Lady Hawks Basketball, Cheer Team, Dance Team and Salsa Recognized
The Senior Boys Basketball, Lady Hawks Basketball, Cheer Team, Dance Team and Salsa were recognized at the Basketball Game against West Creek on Friday, February 10. Both Boys and Girls were victorious with scores of 74-59 and 71-49. Go Hawks!

Boys Wrestling Compete at TSSAA Region 6 Individual Tournament
Congratulations to the Rossview boys wrestling team who competed in the TSSAA Region 6 individual tournament February 10-11 at Springfield High School. Congratulations to the 11 wrestlers that placed in the top 4 of their weight class. They advance to TSSAA individual Sectional tournament next weekend.
- Region Champions: Jacob Miller- 132lbs, Max Landrum- 138lbs.
- Region Runners-up: Ben Mayberry- 126lbs, Nick Collins-113lbs, Osvaldo Recindez-145lbs, Tristan Samuelson-182lbs
- 4th in region: Jacob Gorman-106lbs, Cruz Rodrigues-120lbs, Robert Frost-152lbs, Phillip Shipstead-170lbs, Thomas Shipstead-220lbs

Will Hightower Scores the Final Score in RHS v. CHS Basketball Game to a 58-46 Victory!
The Hawks Boys Basketball Team beat CHS Friday night by a score of 58-46. Friday night was extra special. Coach Jackson put Will Hightower into the game during the fourth quarter, and Will scored the shot that ended the game and sealed the Hawks’ victory. Our whole side of the stadium erupted with applause and joy! Linked is the video. Thank you Coach Jackson for giving Will and all of us a memory of a lifetime on Friday night. ❤
