I have been teaching Culinary Arts for the past 11 years. I attended Johnson and Wales in Charleston SC. I received a degree in Culinary Arts and then went on to cook in Charleston, Vail Colorado, Greenville SC, and Spartanburg SC. I bring 30 plus years of Culinary knowledge and experience to the classroom. I have two amazing sons Carter Brown and Max Brown.
