Clay Welch has been teaching for 22 years. This is his 12th year at Rossview High School. He is in charge of In School Suspension. Clay Welch attended Coffee County High School before receiving his bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin and Masters from Nova Southeastern. What he enjoys most about teaching is working with young people. Clay Welch is married to Karan, a 1st grade teacher at Rossview Elementary. They have two sons, Trysten and Andrew.
